How to Arrive to your Appointment

Please come to your appointment with clean, dry, and tangle free hair.  Please wear your hair styled and down, so I can see the way that it falls naturally and create a cut that will work with you and your daily routine.  If you have naturally curly hair please come with your curls as defined as possible.  The better your hair looks when you walk in, the better it will look when you leave! 


DO NOT come to your appointment with your hair pulled back in clips, up in a pony tail, or set in braids.  Also, do not come with any heavy and/or greasy products layered onto your hair. 

Booking an appointment

Please call or text me to book an appointment: (775) 224-6534.  This will start the consultation process.  Please have a couple of pictures ready to send me.  I typically like to see a current picture of your hair, and an inspiration picture that you would like to work towards.  After I have determined that I am the best stylist to help you with your goals we will set an appointment time that works for both of us.  

Inspiration Pictures

Pictures really are worth a thousand words.  They are useful in consultations for cuts, colors, and styles.  They help me to better communicate with each client.  Leading up to your appointment, please save any pictures that you are drawn to because of the color, the shape, or the style.  Please keep in mind the kind of hair that is actually on your head.  If you have very fine and thin straight hair, keep in mind that I cannot accurately create from an image where the model has tons of thick and curly hair.  Also please keep in mind that images are for inspiration purposes only, and I cannot guarantee perfectly duplicated results.  

Cancellation Policy

In an effort to better help my clients make their appointments I have software that sends a confirmation text 48 hours in advance.  Please respond to that text message.  There is an additional reminder text message that goes out 24 hours before your appointment that you don't need to respond to.  


If you are unable to make your appointment please let me know at least 24 hours in advance.  Any cancellations after that 24 hour period will be subject to pay 50% of the service cost.  


Clients who do not show up to their appointment without notification will be charged 100% of the service cost.

Service Guarantee

I always strive to have my guests leave the salon loving their hair.  I pour my heart and soul into my work, and take pride in what I do.  If the service that we agreed upon was not technically completed to your standards please let me know within 24 hours and an appointment will be set within 7 days for a redo.  Any notifications after the 24 hour period are not entitled to a complementary redo.  Refunds are not given for services rendered.
